Do you work on systems installed by other companies?
Yes. A lot of my diagnostic work is on systems installed by someone else including cases where the installer has disappeared or wont come back.
Can you fix monitoring and app issues?
Yes. If the app has stopped updating, the WiFi has changed, or the portal account setup is a mess, I can get monitoring stable again and explain what youre looking at.
My battery isnt charging is it always a faulty battery?
Not always. Its often a CT clamp/export or settings issue. Ill test and confirm whats actually wrong before recommending parts.
Do you do general electrical work as well?
Yes Im a qualified electrician and still do general electrical work across North Wales and West England. Diagnostics is my premium specialist service.
